Can I move into Settle International even I am not Kyushu University student?

- SETTLE International for Kyushu University students/researchers only, apart from authorized people.

Do I have to have meal plan?

- The meal plan is optional. You can choose either with meal or not when signing contract or contract renewal, and you cannot change during the contract period.

- You will be given 2 card keys at caretaker’s room. The fee for the additional card key is 5,000 JPY (tax excluded) per card key.
If you have the meal plan, you will receive1 card key to the dining hall. The fee for
the additional card key is 5,000 JPY (tax excluded) each.

- No, it won’t. The key money is the money to be given to the landlord as “thanks”.

- Please follow the rule by Itoshima City, use a specified bin bag and put it out on the designated day and area.
You can buy the bin bag from a convenience store, a supermarket, and the home centre.

What happens if I lost key card?

- If you lost your key card please contact caretaker immediately. If we can’t find the key you will need to pay 5,000 JPY (tax excluded) for a new key card.

- You can only stop the meal plan during spring/summer/winter holiday.
During those period there is no charge for meal plan if you have requested not to have any food.
