Settle International was found under cooperation among Kyushu University, Itoshima city, Settle Inc. ,Nishi-Nippon City Bank, Nishi-Nippon City Financial Holdings and Bank of Fukuoka for purpose of globalization as well as regional development around the Kyushu University.
